The essential characteristic of totalitarianism and totalitarian culture in the context of culturological knowledge

In the article, devoted to the essential characteristics of totalitarianism and totalitarian culture, the author notes that the definitions in the context of culturological knowledge are analyzed for the first time, that is the scientific novelty of publication. Post totalitarian culturological concepts have appeared in Russia long before the era of totalitarianism. In addition, their main aim was to create cultural homogeneous society.
