To the bright memory of Natalia Evgenievna Dobrynina

An article devoted to the outstanding scientist-educator, teacher and internationalist Natalia Evgenievna Dobrynina. Her publications are analyzed and their significance for the history and modern development of Russian library science is shown. The role in the preparation and participation in the study "Book and reading in the life of Soviet society" was noted. The characteristics of teaching activities at the Faculty of advanced training of library workers, in the academic councils of the MGIK are given, an outstanding role in the training of library personnel of national republics is noted.
