We performed a comparative analysis of dynamics of Pc5 and Pi1 characteristics and relativistic electron fluxes at the geostationary orbit for three 9-day intervals comprising quiet periods and geomagnetic storms. The increase in relativistic electron fluxes was shown to be accompanied with simultaneous increase in power of global Pc5 pulsations and in index of mid-latitude irregular Pi1 pulsations. We studied correlative relationships between the characteristics of Pi1 and Pc5 geomagnetic pulsations and the level of relativistic electron flux at the geostationary orbit during the recovery phase of magnetic storms. The correlation coefficient of peak relativistic-electron fluxes during the recovery phase was shown to be somewhat higher with parameter of mid-latitude Pi1 pulsations than with the solar wind velocity
