Interconnection between evaporation rate and critical density of heat flow of boiling binary liquid mixtures

The experimental comparisons between the critical heat flux values under the unsaturated boiling of water-ethanol and water-isoamyl alcohol binary mixtures, and the external evaporation rates of the corresponding liquid weights are presented. The physical analogue of the liquid boiling crisis origination is offered.
