Early identification of sexual determination an young growth poultry creates prerequisites for differentiation of their contents and feeding that will promote a decreasing lower cost of poultry-farming production and also increasing in a branch of profitability. The paper aim is in study the impact of storage eggs periods before incubation, their shape, mass and density on hatchability and gender balance. The interrelation of hatchability and sexual differentiation with parameters of eggs are defined them in incubation control trays differing only in the studied parameter. The sex of young growth poultry is defined with the Japanese method. By results of research turkeys eggs - incubation is established, that decrease in hatchability from 72.2 to 68.2% young growth poultry is made in incubation periods process storage from 7 to 9 days; gooses eggs - from 64.6 to 55.2% with periods of storage 7-14 day at change of a female/male ratio in a conclusion from 1.00/1.02 to 1.00/1.26 and from 1.00/1.03 to 1.00/1.21 accordingly. Hatchability of turkeys eggs weight 80-90g is made 75.4%, eggs of gooses weighing 140-150 g - 66.7%. In process of increasing in mass of the incubated turkeys eggs from 80 up to 90 g and more ratio of females/males increased with 1.00/0.96 to 1.00/1.11 and geese from 140 up to 150 g and more with 1.00/1.06 to 1.00/1.13. At decrease an index of eggs form is worsen young growth poultry hatchability at increase of specific males’ gravity. A decreasing of density in hatchability is also observed, but shifts in the genders ratio are not noted.
