Connecting thread between the past and the present: to the story of Mordva migration to the Far East

The story of the Mordovian people migration to the Far East is presented in the article. An attempt to trace the interconnection between the migration processes of the past and modern ethnic development in the context of the coming millennium of solidarity of the Mordovian people with other peoples of the Russian State is made.
