Free time of the Ural population 1955-1965 years: new sources and approaches

Тhe article considers the measures taken by the government to increase the quantity of free time, the real quantity of free time in the region is revealed, and the main problems, preventing the increase of free time, are characterized. It is shown, that no real increase of free time has taken place. Тhe increase of free time is prevented most of all due to the disadvantages of living conditions, transport problems, queues, poor development of service sphere.
