Properties of embryoses of coal mines dumps of the Kizelovsky basin

Бесплатный доступ

In this paper, some properties of young soils, embryozems, formed on the surface of the coal dumps of the Kizel basin, are considered. The natural and technogenic factors of soil formation in technogenic landscapes of the coal-mining region, as well as the composition of embryozems, their morphology, physical and physicochemical properties were studied. The soils of dumps are diagnosed as initial, organ-accumulative and humus-accumulative embryozems. They are distinguished by low power and low profile differentiation into horizons, low content of fine fractions of 2-4%, unfavorable physicochemical properties, expressed in a strongly acidic reaction with pH
