SWOT-analysis, as a tool for conducting a qualitative assessment of the state of the enterprise

In this article the concept of situation analysis as one of the most effective ways of introspection and self-checking of activity of the commercial enterprise and management in general is considered. Specific features and characteristic problems to which solution it is directed carrying out complex situation analysis of the internal and external environment of the company are marked out. The conclusion that in full SWOT technique - the analysis is available to only very large companies is drawn.
