Time management as an effective tool of control in the conditions of remote operation

The article discusses the effectiveness of the use of time management techniques for control in conditions of remote work. The telecommuting format negatively affected the performance indicators of employee productivity. The analysis of factors reducing the efficiency of labor productivity with a remote work format is presented. The identified factors made it possible to identify tools to improve the efficiency of employees in a remote work environment. Time management is one of the modern and effective tools.
