Secret school organization in Urmanovsk secondary school (Bashkir ASSR): to the problem's historiography

The article reviews the phenomenon of informal youth activity by case study of “Pioneer chain” organization, which operated in Urmanovsk secondary school (Bashkir ASSR). The paper is based on the materials of National Records of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author reveals the ideology of school organization and its trappings, determines attitude of the official authorities to such performances. The article provides the historiographical overview of the problem under consideration, identifies the works of researchers, who considered the youth movement in the USSR.
