The article presents a comprehensive analysis of medical tactics in counterterrorism operations of law enforcement agencies, with an emphasis on identifying key problems such as insufficient staff training, logistical constraints, and psychological barriers. Solutions are being considered through the integration of simulation training and interagency coordination, as well as promising innovations, including drones, biometric systems and telemedicine. Special attention is paid to the historical context of the formation of approaches, specific scenarios for the use of tactics and the prospects for the development of a direction to increase efficiency and survival in CTO conditions.
