Tactical features of the view of the place of occurrence on the fact of illegal cultivation of plants containing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors

The article deals with the tactical features of the view of the place of occurrence on the fact of illegal cultivation of marijuana (cannabis). The authors of the article touch upon the problematic issues related to the formation of a “trace” of the crime scene at the scene (apartment in an apartment house, private house with land area, other premises, buildings, terrain), as well as using technical and forensic and tactical and forensic tools, techniques and guidelines for manufacture of the investigatory actions at investigation of crimes in sphere of illegal turnover of narcotic drugs.
