Interrogation tactics of witnesses in the investigation of fraud committed by a group of individuals

The article discusses some features of interrogation in the investigation of fraud committed by a group of individuals. Digital collaborations in society affect the content of both constructive consequences for the Russian society and destructive phenomena, the latter include crime. Crime is transformed due to new modus operandi and concealing a crime. In particular, the creation of new modus operandi in the world space of developed countries is associated with the commission of fraud, which, as a rule, is of a group nature. The object of the article is the activity of subjects of preliminary investigation during the interrogation of witnesses of fraud committed by a group of persons. The subject is the regularities of detection and investigation of fraud committed by a group of individuals.
