The return of vision to patients suffering from cataracts is of great social importance. In search of an optimal approach, the authors offer various options for combining cataract components. Despite numerous studies, at present, ophthalmologists have no consensus on what should be the surgical tactics in the treatment of patients with this pathology. Therefore, the correct choice of tactics for surgical treatment of such patients remains one of the most pressing problems in ophthalmology.
