The tactics of documents’ examination during investigation of crimes committed by persons specified in Chapter 52 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation

The article describes the tactical features of the inspection and examination of documents, which allow to identify the individuals with titular legal immunity, who are involved in the crimes of different categories, as well as to indicate the relevance of these documents in the course of preliminary investigation. The authors consider the stages of examination of the documents relevant in the investigation of crimes committed by persons specified in Chapter 52 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation. The paper also discusses the specific circumstances associated with the investigated criminal case against persons with titular legal immunity.
