Tactics of procedural actions related to the use of security measures

Introduction: the author discusses on features of procedural actions connected with implementations of security measures, pays special attention to facilitate the tactics on the participation of a protected person, justifies proposals to improve the tactics of investigatory and judicial proceedings under postcriminal unlawful effects on process participants. Materials and Methods: in the course of the study, methods of generalization and comparative analysis of the theoretical provisions of the topic under study were used as a principal solution method. In addition to them, the author used special research methods, such as system and structural, comparative and legal, and logical. Results: the author defines tactics required for the subject of proof in investigatory and judicial proceedings of security measures, confirms that ensuring security for the protected person is a precondition for the procedural actions under non-conflict situation. The author proposes tactics aimed at the improvement of the proceedings. Discussion and Conclusions: the practical recommendations proposed in the article are intended to improve the procedure for making tactical decisions aimed at maintaining proper forensic security of protected persons during investigative and judicial actions.
