Tactics of the investigator’s implementation of compromise norms during the investigation of traffic crimes

The article reveals the problematic aspects of the implementation of compromise norms during the investigation of traffic crimes. The authors identifies and reveals organizational and tactical conditions when deciding on the use of compromise norms. In the system for evaluating the activities of investigative bodies, it is proposed to combine the indicators of criminal cases sent to the prosecutor with an indictment with the number of terminated criminal cases on non - rehabilitating grounds into one indicator "criminal cases completed by production".
