Tactical and forensic features of investigative actions involving minor victims

Purpose: To study the tactical and forensic features of investigative actions involving minor victims. Methodology: We used a formal-legal method. Results: In this article the tactical specifics of forensic investigation of the juvenile victim. It is proved that the investigations of juvenile victims have specific differences, reasonable age-this category of persons. It is emphasized that the means and methods of investigation must comply with Russian legislation protecting the rights of minors. Particular attention is paid to the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the investigation of the juvenile victims, because often it is from the psychological and pedagogical literacy investigator depends on the possibility of establishing psychological contact with the minor victim. Novelty/originality/value: This article has scientific value, as the actual lights and unexplored topic of investigation of juvenile victims. This allows us to develop and improve methods of work with juvenile victims of investigators.
