Tactical and psychological features of interrogation at the stage of preliminary investigation

The work is devoted to the application of knowledge of human psychology in the work investigator at the stage of preliminary investigation in criminal cases. The study of issues related to applied psychology in science is not given enough attention. However, the representatives of criminal structures, having the advised serving of OPG lawyers, some experienced criminals possess practically perfectly reasonable psychological techniques combat the criminal jurisdictions. Not every investigator is able to overcome the psychological barrier created by the participants of criminal procedure activity, the ongoing criminal case not just as suspects or defendants, but as witnesses and even victims. The author, having more than a decade of experience in investigative work in the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, gives scientifically grounded practical recommendations on establishing communicative contact with the interrogated person regardless of his procedural status (victim, witness, suspect or accused). The paper also focuses on the psychological features of interrogation minors and juvenile participants of criminal proceedings, examples of the use of successful assistance of specialists: psychologists and teachers in the production of this most psychologized investigative action. In addition, the author discusses the tactical features of production of interrogation in conflict situations, when the person is being questioned counteract the result: either refuse to testify or at different reasons lie during the interrogation.
