The customs law as a complex branch of law

One of the reasons of unresolved problems in the theory of law is denial of existence of a legal community of the legislation and the complex branch corresponding in system of law. Meanwhile it is impossible to deny the customs relations as a subject of regulation of the customs law. The question of independent or complex nature of the customs law deserves attention and decision as a matter of fact.
