Customs regulation of innovations in the foreign trade activity of the Russian Federation on at the present stage

Innovative activity is a determining factor in improving the efficiency of technologies in various spheres of society: economic, social and political. Innovative activity provides huge opportunities for the formation and development of the economy, the formation of the country's budget, therefore it is controlled and regulated by the state. The article analyzes the level of innovative development in the world economy, determines its role in this process. The article also provides examples of problems of regulating innovations in Russia's foreign trade activities.
