Customs duties in the mechanism for forming the income of the federal budget of the Russian Federation

The article examines the dynamics of income from the foreign economic activity of the Russian Federation, the receipt of customs duties in the federal budget of the Russian Federation, the structure of customs duties, the dynamics of the introduction of import and export customs duties into the federal budget of the Russian Federation, the problems of the legal regulation of customs duties in the Russian Federation associated with the occurrence of errors when determining the customs value of goods by customs authorities.
