Technical and technological modernization, innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai territory

The article presents the goal of the subprogram of technical and technological modernization and innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the region, which consists in creating favorable economic conditions for its successful implementation, according to the goal, tasks are set, consisting primarily in measures to stimulate technical and technological modernization aimed at improving its export potential, as well as in organizational and legal measures aimed at improving the personnel potential of workers in the sphere, taking into account the prospects for innovative development of the sector. Data on measures of state support, its size, direction and type of financing are given. Positive dynamics of achievement of target indicators of the program is noted.
