Technique difficulties and their solution by correction of the spine scoliotic deformity

The effectiveness of a device for transpedicular external fixation for correction of the spine deformities is determined by creation of favourable mechanical and biological conditions with directed influence on the pathologically changed spine, graduated correction in combination with stable fixation of the result achieved. The difficulties occurred while using the device for transpedicular external fixation are analyzed in the work as well as technique solutions are described for the purpose of prevention and elimination of the complications occurred.
