Technical inspection of buildings and structures (real estate objects) is carried out with the purpose of determining their technical condition, the actual bearing capacity of individual structures and units. Based on the surveys, recommendations are given on the possibility of further exploitation, strengthening of structural elements, structures and assemblies.
