The results of the work are an intelligent information system with a database on well designs for their construction during the development of hydrocarbon fields and mathematical methods for assessing well productivity and forecast hydrocarbon production as a result of the introduction of innovative technologies (software package). The study also analyzes the status and prospects and assessment of the technical and economic aspects of using a software package and database for choosing an economically feasible well design for their construction in hydrocarbon fields. Limitations of the study: more practical and field information is required. The practical significance of the study is to increase the level of technical and economic benefits by choosing rational design solutions, to improve the quality and efficiency of well construction by choosing a rational design using a software package and a database for hydrocarbon production, ensuring their maximum productivity, durability and reliability of operation as a particularly dangerous engineering structure. The software package allows you to solve the problems of systematization, storage and reuse of projects, provide the opportunity to make a rational choice of optimal, economical solutions for the construction of new wells, as well as implement methods for assessing the technical and economic efficiency of their implementation during the construction of a facility for the development of hydrocarbon fields.
