Technogenic and posttechnogenic permafrost hydro-geological changes in the basin of Upper Kolyma

In article the changes of permafrost hydrogeological situations happening at working off the loose gold deposits and after its termination are characterized. It is shown that post-technogenic transformations develop only under the influence of natural factors therefore features of developing the permafrost hydrogeological conditions are defined by compliance (or discrepancy) consequences of human activity orientation of natural processes.
