Technological competence of a teacher: theoretical analysis

On the current stage of the society development there is a need for a teacher who is able to act professionally, solve educational problems with a responsibility under the constantly changing conditions of the educational reality. In this regard the issue of formation and development of all the constituents of the professional competency of the teacher is becoming ever more relevant, in particular, the technological one.
