Technological innovation in achieving sustainable construction activities

Advances in technology provide opportunities for innovation in the sustainable development ofthe construction industry. The authors present an analytical overview of modern technologies in the field ofwaste minimization, energy saving and efficiency improvement for sustainable building construction and develops a conceptual framework based on the analysis of literature and practice. This study makes it possible toanalyze the life cycle of building processes: the stages ofplanning, construction, use and operation, as well asliquidation. The practical benefit of technological innovations in sustainable building lies in the improvementof both the construction process itself and the results of construction activities. The article also provides arationale for the choice of technologies in the construction process, ways of their implementation.
