Technological changes and new trends of employment

The paper discusses the features of the impact of technological changes on the formation of the labor market and new forms of employment. Digital technologies create new opportunities for searching and arrangement of the work of a potential employee. Today we are witness of already formed and significant market for alternative forms of employment. An important element of such an employment system became the electronic platforms for job searching and recruitment. Essentially, a new mechanism for the formation of the labor market is launched, where technological factors are playing important role. Obviously, new mechanism is not yet perfect, but the basic contours offuture labor markets have already been identified.
