Technological approaches to the creation of effective infrastructure to ensure food security

This article substantiates the need to strengthen the positions of the Russian Federation in the field of food security and scientific and technological independence. This is due to the goals set forth in the food security doctrine and the country's scientific and technological development strategies. In 2025, it is planned to launch the national project «Technological support for food security», which will combine efforts to ensure sustainable food and technological sovereignty. In this regard, there is an urgent need to conduct scientific research aimed, firstly, to create infrastructure for the technological support of food security, and secondly, to develop a mechanism that will ensure its sustainable functioning in the long term. This will make the achievement of food and technological sovereignty with a norm that is not affected by conjunctural risks, such as sanctions.
