The article deals with the technological aspect of the advocacy communications Russian parties during election campaigns in the State Duma of Russian Federation (1999-2007). The particular attention is focused on studying the techniques and methods of communication outreach movement “Unity”, which was later transformed into the party “United Russia”, enriched political and technological arsenal of innovative designs. The trend of communication outreach Russian parties during the parliamentary elections - from the “hard” technologies to “soft” is determine.
