Technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation as the basis of national security

The article examines the initial provisions of the formation of the methodology for ensuring Russia's national security by strengthening its technological sovereignty. The analysis has shown that the methodological base being formed becomes justified if the achieved result is effective in the medium term. According to the author, at present there is a need to change the directions of ensuring technological sovereignty, as well as the very purpose of strengthening it, which is justified in the work. Sovereignty is proposed to be considered not as isolation, but as a new form of interaction between partner countries.
