Technological support the required parameters of quality transverse row-wise milling feather vanes of gas turbine engine on multi-axis CNC machines

Known methods the line cross-milling feather vanes of a gas turbine engine (GTE) provide low processing performance and low levels of quality milled surface profile of the feather vanes due to unreasonably use parameter controlled milling mode in the processing of multi-axis CNC machines. For the implementation of high-performance milling profile of the vanes, while ensuring the required quality parameters required for each point of the profile section feather to establish a combination of controlled parameters milling mode, which will be the regulatory guidance material for the development of machine control software CNC in forming profile feather turbine engine vanes. The accuracy of the profile of the vanes for each line and the angle of its rotation was determined by the magnitude of vanes deformation δi, which does not exceed the magnitude of limit Tоп for its production. The analytical expressions for calculating a combination of controlled parameters mode transverse horizontal milling, allowing to provide the required surface quality of milled profile settings feather vanes gas turbine engines (profile accuracy, surface roughness) at the highest performance. It is shown that the sequence of calculating the combination of cutting mode parameters, which are the regulations for the development of machine control software for automated CNC milling profile of the vanes.
