Technological substantiation of working solution coverage zone at band spraying of row vegetable crops

Vegetable crops are a valuable source of human nutrition and the most important fodder base for farm animals. Therefore, the development of vegetable crops production is considered to be one of the urgent directions of development of the agro-industrial complex of Russia. Traditional technologies of vegetable crops cultivation most often use a continuous spraying method. This approach does not meet modern trends in the field of resource saving. Improvement of methods of pest and disease control, leaf fertilization is realized in the use of modern innovative means and methods of spraying. The actual and perspective direction of development of spraying technology is the application of banding processes in the performance of techniques for crop care. The object of research is the zone of coverage by the working solution on vegetable crops when planting. For smooth and reliable fixation of movable holders, providing full coverage of the cultural plant with working solution, there has been proposed a technical solution for fixation of nozzles on sprayers with the possibility to move depending on the phase of growth and development of the plant. Alongside it is provided with an increase in qualitative indicators with reduction of economic costs of banding spraying at full coverage of the object of treatment with working solution, reduction of hectare rate of application and reduction of environmental pollution are provided. Improved design of clamping of flexible hose nozzle bodies provides practical and convenient equipment adjustment and increases the speed of sprayer preparation for work. For smooth and reliable fixation of movable holders, providing full coverage of the crop plant with working solution, there has been proposed a technical solution for fixation of nozzle bodies on the sprayers with the possibility to move depending on the phase of growth and development of the plant. In this case the increase of qualitative indicators with reduction of economic costs of strip spraying at full coverage of the object of treatment with working solution, reduction of hectare rate of application and reduction of environmental pollution are provided. Improved design of clamping of flexible hose nozzle bodies provides practical and convenient equipment adjustment and increases the speed of sprayer preparation for work. The article presents the results of the research of the necessary displacement of the nozzle holder fasteners depending on the phases of potato development for the spraying angle of the slotted nozzle 65° and 80° for manual control of the tractor and control with the auto steering system in the presence of a high-precision RTK-signal and gives recommendations on the equipment setting.
