Technological development of the enterprise and standardization of scientific and technical creativity processes

Relevant to the basic sectors of the economy that enable technological breakthroughs are the challenges of reconciling the contradictions of technological development, which manifest themselves with varying intensity during the development and implementation of innovative products and technologies.Substantiation and systematization of disproportions of technological, behavioral and management processes in creative scientific and technical teams allows us to solve problems of optimizing financial, economic and time resources in the creation of science-intensive products within the framework of research and development work. The article describes a conceptual approach to the research and development of new methods for assessing and forecasting labor standards for scientific and technical teams located in a dynamically changing environment of technological modernization of the economy. The contradictions of technological development are reflected at all levels of the economy and are confirmed by the low rates of implementation of innovation processes. Standardization of scientific and technical creativity as a method of increasing labor productivity, ensuring the efficiency of resource use in the early stages of design in the new conditions of the development of the information environment will make it possible to solve the problems of smoothing out the contradictions of organizational managementand technological development in enterprises, especially in the high-tech sector of the economy.
