Blockchain technologies in practice of inter-budget relations

New tendencies in interaction of the interbudgetary transfers as one of the main instruments for implementing fiscal federalism and the gross regional product (GRP) show that the interbudgetary revenues practically don't exert impact on change of GRP. In this regard, new technologies of development of the inter-budget relations are required, in particular use of technology a blockchain is offered.
