Federal Government Budget Institution “All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergencies” in the interests of the Russian Emergencies Ministry department of urban planning policy of Moscow is doing work on the theme: "Developing a national standard "Safety in emergencies. Emergency and rescue means salvation from highrise buildings. Classification. General technical requirements". This article presents the results of the second phase of field testing of rescuing people from high-rise buildings. DUT rescue bags and rope-bleed device KSG-1. The main objective of the tests was to study the performance properties of the means of salvation of people from highrise buildings and structures in emergency situations and clarifying criteria evaluation systems and devices rescuing people from high-rise buildings, developed in the course of research.
