Бесплатный доступ

This article analyzes the transformation of the construction industry under the influence of information modeling technologies (BIM). The study presents the evolution of the regulatory framework for the use of BIM in construction, considers some practical cases of implementing projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CIM (City Information Modeling) technologies in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for integrating BIM with IoT and CIM to create digital twins and «smart cities». An overview of the main barriers, trends and tendencies in the development of information modeling technologies is provided. Recommendations include the need to develop a federal law on BIM, subsidizing domestic software and the importance of providing support to regions in order to overcome the «digital divide». The study results show that BIM and CIM technologies are becoming the standard for sustainable construction and infrastructure management.
