Using artificial intelligence technologies in the quality management system

Currently, the main trend in the development of the quality management system is the digitalization of business processes. The capabilities of digital technologies can significantly improve the efficiency of solutions to many quality management tasks. Today one of the main digital technologies being introduced into production for the purpose of quality control is the technology of artificial intelligence. The article considers the essence of the application of artificial intelligence technology to the quality management system, the main advantages of this technology, as well as the practical experience of industrial enterprises in the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in their production facilities.
