Artificial intelligence (AI) is playing an increasingly important role in public relations. Its application is already leading to a serious transformation of the industry. The use of AI can significantly improve the effectiveness of communications, data analysis, trend forecasting and the development of public relations strategies. The study assessed the potential and risks of using AI in the field of public relations and developed appropriate strategies and recommendations for companies and organizations. The ethical aspect of the use of AI technologies in the work of a PR specialist is also touched upon in the work. The topic of the use of artificial intelligence in public relations is very relevant in the context of the rapid digitalization of society.
