Technologies for the citizens social well-being study based on web-content analysis

The problem of using modern methods of analyzing web content for the study of social well-being are discussed in the paper. An analysis of the concept of «social well-being» has been carried out and approaches to its study have been considered. Sources of data and technologies for their collection are structured. Possible indicators of social well-being, the values of which can be obtained as a result of analysis of social networks, search engine queries, specialized sites, etc., have been identified. The main problems associated with obtaining information are identified and the main elements of the proposed methodology are determined.
