The article considers the manufacture techniques of magnetically sensitive elements of fluxgate sensors. The features of production technologies of magnetically fluxgate sensors sensitive cores made of thin-film amorphous alloys are presented. The manufacturing method of magnetically sensitive cores with spark erosion installation is shown. The data of experimental researches of the production of magnetically sensitive cores are given. The potential and prospects of the technologies are shown.
