Technology of juridical practices of regulating matrimonial property relations in modern legal systems

The article gives a definition to the legal activity techniques, presents the analysis of legal regulation of property relations of spouses in a modern legal system. The article also concerns the differences and similarities between the regulation of these relations by normative acts of Russia and some foreign countries; it also deals with the legal regime of property of spouses.
