Multizone fracturing technologies in horizontal wells

Multi-zone hydraulic fracturing (MHF) is used to intensify production from horizontal wells. Multi-zone hydraulic fracturing has shown high efficiency primarily at Jurassic and Achimov sites, as well as filtration-heterogeneous strata of Cretaceous sediments - that is, under conditions of low or variable reservoir properties and intermittent geological structure. The advantage of this technology compared to conven-tional fracturing is a larger well drainage area, which provides higher reservoir connectivity.
