Technologies of the modern Russian elite positioning

With specific reference, the article considers modern technologies of the political elite positioning in Russia. Special attention is paid to the electoral technologies and case study of the Parliament elections of 2012 on the regional level. The author also evaluates role of the mass media and its influence on the public consciousness in the current political environment.
