Due to the use of modern technologies and materials, wood acquires new operational properties. Using the method of bulk impregnation of wood and polymer solutions, it was possible to obtain a material with high fire resistance. It has been revealed that modified hardwood species do not support independent combustion and belong to materials classified as difficult to ignite.
