Technologies of the accelerated manufacturing shell and monolithic ceramic molds

New manufacturing techniques of shell ceramic molds on ethyl silicate binder using claded dust, and also monolithic molds from bulk self-hardening mixes based on alumina-borophosphate concentrate are developed. They allow to accelerate haping cycle, exclude drying of molds, improve the complex of their physico-mechanical properties. This improves the quality of casts surface in moulding on investment patterns.
