WEB3-technologies: impact on approaches to state control in the financial and budgetary sphere

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of technologies of the new concept of Internet development Web3 on approaches to the implementation of state control functions in the financial and budgetary sphere. The evolution of the Internet development from Web1 to Web3, as well as the mentioned trends in the use of information technologies in financial activities demonstrates the relevance of this study. The article presents the main characteristics and peculiarities of application of such Web3 technologies as: distributed registry, decentralized finance, NFT, smart contracts and so on. The possibilities of their use for increasing transparency and security of interaction between different market participants are analyzed. The areas of application of these solutions in the sphere of financial regulation and control, as well as in the organization of public procurement are shown. The advantages of introducing artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing methods, into the activities of controllers are also presented.
